Refunds follow the policy in our terms: failed runs refund automatically, credit packs refund within 7 days if unspent, and first-time memberships within 7 days with no more than 100 credits spent. Write to support@pixquill.com (backup: koboshi1989@gmail.com) and we'll sort it out.

Abusive generations, copyright claims, privacy concerns: support@pixquill.com (backup: koboshi1989@gmail.com), ideally with the work ID or URL. A person reads every report and acts on valid ones. Critical reports involving child safety or terrorism get a response within 24 hours; other reports within 3 business days.

Feedback, partnerships, press: support@pixquill.com (backup: koboshi1989@gmail.com). The same person reads both inboxes. We reply within two business days.
